DMCA / Content Removal Request

Option 1: Report directly on the content

Each photo and video on the site has a "Click here to reach out to us for removal" button at the bottom of the page. Click it to send a pre-filled email with the content URL.

Option 2: Send an email

Send your removal request to: [email protected]

Please include the following information in your request:

• The URL(s) of the content you want removed
• A description of the content
• Your relationship to the content (e.g., you are the person depicted, you are the copyright holder)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• Your contact information (email)

Processing time

We aim to process all removal requests within 48 hours. In most cases, content is removed within a few hours of receiving a valid request.

What happens after removal

• The content (photo/video) is permanently deleted from our servers
• All associated thumbnails and cached versions are removed
• The uploader may be warned, suspended, or banned depending on the severity
• We retain the uploader's IP address and upload consent log for potential legal proceedings

Counter-notification

If you are a user whose content was removed and you believe this was done in error, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] explaining why you believe the content was lawfully uploaded.

Repeat infringers

Share-Nude maintains a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly upload content without proper authorization will be permanently banned.
