If you are a model present on this site and would like to have your photos deleted, you can use the "Report" button under each content or send an email to share-nude[at]protonmail.com. All your photos will be deleted within hours. We apologize for any misuse of our service and promise to do our best to find and terminate abusive files.
Share-Nude is not responsible for the photos that users share via the site form. The user certifies that they own the rights to all the photos they post via the form and hereby clears the civil liability of Share-Nude and its representatives in the event of a dispute. Share-Nude does not accept photos of underage models. If you post photos of a model under 18, you will be banned. Additionally, users are required to ensure they have the legal right or necessary permissions to post any content, including but not limited to adhering to copyright and privacy laws. Posting content without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action, content removal, and account suspension.
In case of a copyright or privacy violation, the affected party can request content removal by using the "Report" button under each content or by sending a detailed email to share-nude[at]protonmail.com. The request should include sufficient details (like URLs and description of the content) to enable us to locate and review the content in question.
Violation of these terms, including posting unauthorized or illegal content, will result in immediate content removal and may lead to account suspension or termination. Repeat offenders may face further legal actions.
Share-Nude reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
